Job description
Join a multidisciplinary team at Terran Robotics, an AI/Robotics company in Construction, to accelerate materials research by designing and building automated testing systems for adobe mixtures. This is an on-site role based in Bloomington, Indiana, ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with both hardware and software, and is passionate about sustainability and experimental design.
Design and build automated test rigs, develop control software, create data pipelines, design experiments, and analyze results to inform materials development.
This role requires experience with lab automation, test equipment, or experimental systems, and comfort working with both software and basic hardware. Familiarity with sensor integration, mechanical design, or materials testing is a plus.
