Job Description
Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems (QMS) tailored to project delivery in the management sector, leading quality planning activities, conducting regular quality audits, and identifying and resolving quality issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive experience in project management and quality assurance
- Proven experience in developing and managing quality management systems (QMS) and compliance frameworks
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and quality audit methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in root cause analysis tools
- Experience with project lifecycle management, risk assessment, and performance monitoring
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, quality management software, and data visualization tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
