SIA Citrus Solutions is seeking a construction project manager with experience in managing large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing at least three large-scale construction projects with a project budget starting from 10 million EUR, including at least two as a general contractor. He/She should be able to lead and motivate a team of at least 10 people and have in-depth knowledge of construction regulatory acts and organization of the construction process.

Requirements

• Experience in managing at least three large-scale construction projects with a project budget starting from 10 million EUR
• Experience as a general contractor on at least two projects
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of at least 10 people
• In-depth knowledge of construction regulatory acts and organization of the construction process
• Experience in managing technologically complex objects and making responsible decisions
• Good skills in working with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
• Higher education in engineering sciences (construction, construction engineering or similar specialization)
• Experience in project financial planning and budget control
• Desired construction process certificate
