Technical education, B category driving license, experience and knowledge of security systems

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting and 1-5 years of experience as a financial controller, analyst, or similar role

Experience in construction management, ability to plan and coordinate projects, and strong communication skills
AVK sistēmu tehniķis/-e
Good technical knowledge of HVAC systems, experience in HVAC system installation or ventilation insulation, and ability to read technical documentation
Būvniecības tenderu sagatavošanas speciālists/-e
Previous experience in public procurement, analytical thinking, proficiency in MS Office
Būvdarbu vadītājs/-a
Valid certification for building construction management, time and resource planning, and B-category driving license
