Administrative Associate V

This position is responsible for maintaining program records and performing day-to-day office duties, including typing, filing, answering phones, and providing customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements

• Maintains student and program records
• Schedules appointments and meetings
• Prepares and processes payroll, EPAs, and letters of appointment
• Assists with documentation and credentialing of new hires
• Screens calls and takes messages
• Handles correspondence and prepares reports
• Provides excellent customer service to students
• Maintains office equipment and assists in acquiring supplies
