The successful applicant will have a high level of experience, be professional, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. The role involves providing customer service to patients, maintaining patient records, and supporting front desk activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years of related experience in a general office setting
- Experience in Medical Records and eCW software
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Knowledge of insurance billing and pre-authorizations
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment
- Experience in an Oral Maxillofacial Surgical Practice
