Job Description
We’re searching for a Manager of Behavioral Health & Community Services Programs who works well in a fast-paced setting and provides operational leadership, strategic development, and financial oversight of behavioral and social services programs in the Austin and Houston areas within our Pediatrics unit.
Requirements
- Supervision and coaching of behavioral health clinicians and social workers
- Recruitment and selection of behavioral health clinicians and social workers
- Development of annual performance goals and metrics
- Implementation and monitoring of social services initiatives
- Contribution to annual budget development
- Administrative tasks, including corrective action and compliance with policies and procedures
