Outside Sales Rep

The Outside Sales Rep will develop and grow a defined territory in DFW through new business acquisition and account expansion, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets, building strong relationships with builders, contractors, and key decision-makers, and establishing TDT as a preferred partner. The role requires 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, millwork, or construction, proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts, and existing network in the DFW builder/contractor community.

Requirements

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in building materials, millwork, or construction
• Proven ability to develop new business and grow accounts
• Existing network in the DFW builder/contractor community preferred
• Self-directed, accountable, and comfortable owning a territory
• CRM/ERP experience (Agility a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
• Pass a pre-employment drug test
