Job Description
TFG is seeking a Store Manager to drive turnover, control expenses, manage stock, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves execution of in-store merchandising, sales strategy, and team management. There will be a 40 hour weekly commitment.
Requirements
- A Matric certificate.
- Minimum 3 years retail experience with a minimum of 1 year store leadership experience.
- Skills in customer service, sales, and negotiation.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of digital communication.
