Requirements
- Research prospective clients through several strategies
- Create accurate spreadsheets of prospective client data
- Generate daily mailings to prospective clients
- Cold call prospective clients
- Negotiate rates and deadlines with prospective and current clients
- Educate prospective and existing clients regarding the translation process
- Liaise with production to ensure quality and attention to detail
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with delivery, quality and customer service
- Research and understand industries that TransPerfect markets to
- Perform other special projects or duties when required
