Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will support and improve global HRIS operations across all TransPerfect family of companies, leading as a subject matter expert to advise on business requirements, system capabilities, and system configuration.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with Workday configuration or with another HRIS tool
- Expert level user of Excel and advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent consultative, organization, customer service, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
