Business Partner Coordinator

The Business Partner Coordinator will advise management and employees on people and organization related matters, support management to build relationships with employees, and identify P&O needs to develop solutions. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business, or related field and at least 3-5 years of experience in human resource and organization development.

Requirements

• Advise management, line manager, and/or BU's employees on complex people and organization related matters
• Support management, line manager to build a valuable relationship with BU's employees
• Identify P&O needs based on current or planned business activities, prioritize, and communicate with Center of Excellence
• Build effective and productive relationship with key stakeholders
