People Development Coordinator

The People Development Coordinator will analyze capability gaps, translate IDPs and organizational requirements into effective learning solutions, and manage end-to-end training operations for in-house, local, and overseas programs. They will also drive, facilitate, and implement KM and Learning Organization initiatives to strengthen long-term organizational capability.

• Stay updated on L&D innovations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and QSHE standards
