Role Overview

Thalle Construction Co., Inc. is seeking an Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join their team in Hillsborough. The company is a heavy civil construction company with a corporate office in Hillsborough, NC and a regional office in Alvarado, Texas. The successful candidate will support construction operations by performing daily maintenance and repair of construction equipment.

What You Will Do

The Experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanic will perform maintenance and repair activities on various pieces of heavy equipment, diagnose problems, and repair or replace parts. They will also troubleshoot malfunctions in the equipment and repair.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, experience using welders, torch sets, plasma cutters, and service truck cranes. They will also have decent computer proficiency and be able to work independently with minimal management guidance.
