Payroll Administrator

LeCom Utility Contractors is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Payroll Administrator to manage and process payroll for a diverse workforce including field crews, CDL drivers, and administrative staff.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction, utilities, or infrastructure services
• Experience processing payroll for field employees and multi-state operations
• Knowledge of payroll systems (Dayforce experience preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll/accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
