Entrepreneurial Leaders’ Action Lab (E-LAB) Senior Associate

The Entrepreneurial Leaders' Action Lab (E-LAB) Senior Associate is responsible for integrating entrepreneurial teachings, building relationships with stakeholders, and facilitating E-LAB classes. The role involves coaching students, supporting program redesign, and managing social media platforms.

Requirements

• Masters in relevant fields such as Entrepreneurship, Business, Education, Innovation, leadership or any other related field.
• Entrepreneurial Experience: Demonstrated experience founding, co-founding, or leading a startup, business, or entrepreneurial initiative.
• Facilitation & Teaching Experience: Experience facilitating or leading workshops, classes, or programs, preferably in entrepreneurship, business, or innovation contexts.
• Coaching & Mentoring: Experience supporting students, teams, or early-stage ventures, with the ability to translate entrepreneurial experience into actionable guidance.
• Program & Event Management: Proven ability to coordinate or manage programs and events in an educational or entrepreneurial setting.
• Data-Informed Program Development: Experience in analyzing feedback and performance data to assess program effectiveness, with the ability to iterate and improve program design.
