Hasana, Inc. is seeking a Volunteer and Membership Recruitment Coordinator Consultant for a spring internship position. The position involves assisting in recruitment and screening of volunteers and members, conducting regular meetings, and planning year-long membership recruitment programs.

- Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using technology as a tool for management reporting
- Must demonstrate strength in recruiting, hiring, managing, developing, coaching, and retaining individuals and teams
- Should be able to formulate creative solutions to apply to business problems
