Compliance Officer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to support our growing operations in the Compliance department. The role will involve performing compliance control missions, drafting and reviewing in-house Compliance procedures, and identifying and reporting compliance risks.

What You Will Do

Perform compliance control missions, draft and review in-house Compliance procedures, identify and report compliance risks, and provide Compliance advice to other departments.

Why It Might Be a Fit

This role requires a strong understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory framework, including Management Companies, Delegation Oversight, UCITS, and AIFMD. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in Law, Economics, or a comparable professional education, and at least 5 years of experience in Compliance in Luxembourg.

Requirements

• University degree in Law, Economics, or comparable professional education
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Compliance in Luxembourg
• Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory framework
• Ability to handle sensitive situations in a confidential and professional manner
• Self-organized and able to work accurately
• Pro-active and team-oriented
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in English
