Assistant Director - Residential Services

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an Assistant Director of Residential Services to lead and manage multiple residential programs for individuals with disabilities and medical needs in Ocean County. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, supervisory experience, and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Valid New Jersey Driver’s License with no more than five points
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience in developmental disabilities
• Proven success managing residential programs for adults with developmental disabilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Special Education, or a related field
