The mission of The Arc, Ocean County Chapter, Inc. is to advocate, provide opportunities and supports necessary for all individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be accepted and valued as citizens of the communities in which they choose to live, learn, work and play. Established in 1955, The Arc Ocean County Chapter currently serves 1,500 individuals with disabilities in Ocean County and their families in residential services, vocational services, clinical services, family support, and recreation. Program Assistant - Residential DSP Services
Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid New Jersey driver’s license, and a high school diploma or GED
Maintenance Coordinator - Multi-Location Support
Minimum 5 years experience, high school diploma or GED, and 2 years supervisory experience required
Recreation Assistant: Full-Time Community Engagement
High school diploma or GED, 1 year of work experience, valid NJ driver’s license
Residential Direct Support Professional - Part Time (Evenings and Weekends)
Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid New Jersey driver’s license. High school diploma or GED required

Bachelor's degree in Human Services or a related field, valid NJ driver's license, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently
