Assistant Residential Program Manager

The Assistant Residential Program Manager will oversee residential services, support a team of staff, and provide leadership and guidance. The role requires a strong background in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to motivate a team.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid New Jersey driver's license (no more than five points)
• At least 2 years of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting
