Assistant Group Home Manager

The Arc of Ocean County is seeking an Assistant Group Home Manager to support and assist the Manager with daily operations of one residential program. As an Assistant Manager, you will supervise and support residential staff, teach life skills, and support personal and social development for residents.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid NJ Driver’s License with no more than five points
