Tunnel Design Engineer

The Boring Company is seeking a Tunnel Design Engineer to assist in preparing geotechnical and tunnel design reports, support excavation support drawings, and contribute to ground settlement and construction impact assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Geology, Engineering Geology or related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience (internship or project experience in tunnels is preferred)
• Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs unassisted.
• Ability to stoop, bend, crawl, and maneuver in tight spaces, including underground.
