PROJECT EXECUTIVE - MEP

Hopkins | Lacy is searching for a Project Executive to lead pursuits and operations teams in developing & reviewing proposals and have oversight for Electrical construction projects in Central & Southwest Virginia.

Requirements

• 10+ years related industry experience
• In depth knowledge of pursuing, and constructing Electrical projects ranging in value from $1,000,000 to $25,000,000
• Proficient at strategy development and execution
• Ability to accurately assess and present the current financial status of projects
• Ability to forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly, and final results of projects
• Ability to develop, lead, and participate in a team environment
• Proficient understanding of the scope of work involved to construct Electrical projects
• Advanced writing and communication skills
