Requirements
- Supervise staff
- Coordinate with the Program Director
- Ensure program readiness for audits
- Provide 24-hour crisis intervention
- Assist the Program Director in personnel management and administrative duties
- Assess building maintenance needs
- Attend mandatory staff meetings, supervision, and trainings
- Proficient in mental health, crisis intervention, trauma management, CPR, First Aid, AED, and Naloxone
