MSW or MHC with supervisory experience, experience working with mental health, crisis intervention, substance use, and managing trauma-triggered behavior, excellent time management skills, and willingness to perform CPR/First Aid/AED/Naloxone
Employment Specialist (IPS) - Community Support Program
Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of experience providing direct services to individuals with serious mental illness
Care Coordinator - Community Support Program
B.A./B.S. degree with at least 2 years of experience working with the mentally ill and/or substance abuse population
Case Manager (SOS) - Community Support Program
3+ years of experience providing services to adults with serious mental illness, Bachelor’s Degree, knowledge of homeless resources, NYC shelter systems, and MTA transit systems
Assistant Program Director - Residential Services
Master's degree in mental health discipline or related field, strong time management, stress resilience, flexibility, teamwork, openness to feedback, and creative problem-solving abilities, excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
Case Manager - Residential Services
Bachelor's degree and experience working with mental health, crisis intervention, and managing trauma-triggered behavior
Case Manager (Scattered Site) - Residential Services
Bachelor's degree required, experience with mental health and crisis intervention desired
Assistant Program Coordinator - Residential Services
Bachelor's degree, 1+ year of supervisory experience, and experience working with individuals with histories of homelessness and/or serious mental health diagnoses required
Case Manager (ACT) - Community Support Program
Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of three years of experience providing services to adults with serious mental illness preferred
Care Manager - Community Support Program
Bachelor's degree, case management experience, and knowledge of community resources required. 4 years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
