Job Description
The Bridge offers supportive housing and behavioral health services to vulnerable New Yorkers facing behavioral health and substance use challenges. The Assistant Program Coordinator will oversee a team of case managers, ensure high-quality, client-centered services, and maintain compliance with documentation and regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience
- Experience working with individuals with histories of homelessness and/or serious mental health diagnoses
- Skilled in crisis intervention and managing trauma-triggered behavior
- Knowledge of case management responsibilities, preferably in a scattered-site housing setting
