Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the dining room and team leadership
• Strong knowledge of protocol, wine, and French/English service (depending on the restaurant style)
• Languages: Castilian and fluent English (Catalan valued)
• Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand environments
• Good presence, professional attitude, and commitment
