Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a sous chef or similar.
• Knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine (or other, if applicable).
• Leadership and organization skills.
• Agility, cleanliness, and attention to detail.
• Availability for part-time or consecutive shifts (as required by the restaurant).
• Desirable culinary training.
