Job Description
The Centers is seeking a Peer Support Supervisor to lead a team of Peer Support Specialists at our new Behavioral Health Crisis Center. The role combines personal recovery journey with leadership expertise to create an environment where both staff and clients can thrive.
Requirements
- Supervise and develop a team of Peer Support Specialists in crisis intervention
- Coordinate care plans for clients with mental/behavioral health needs
- Collaborate with mental health professionals, counselors, and medical staff
- Monitor program effectiveness and implement best practices
- Advocate for clients to access affordable, appropriate care
