The role involves processing incoming insurance claims, managing reporting data, and serving as the first point of contact for clients and policyholders. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related study field (finance, insurance, communication) or equivalent through experience
- Good with numbers and proficient in communication
- Fluent in English + German. Additional language skills are a bonus
- Previous experience with non-medical claims such as life insurance or travel insurance is a bonus
- Eager to learn and adaptable
- Customer centric and responsible
- Results-oriented and analytical
- Able to work independently and together with others in a team
- Good knowledge of the Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
