Job Description
Citco is seeking a Manager of Middle Office to lead a team responsible for reconciling client transactions, identifying and resolving issues, maintaining the integrity of the portfolio, and ensuring client service standards. The role involves a blend of leadership, client service, and operational management, with a focus on technology and process improvement within the asset servicing sector.
Requirements
- Lead a team within the Reconciliations, Client Service and Delivery group.
- Ensure client deliverables are covered and overtime is minimized.
- Work with staff to manage risk and escalate issues.
- Monitor team deliverables to meet SLA's and provide best practice protocols.
- Assist with new business projects and act as a point of contact for clients.
- Coach and develop staff to perform successfully.
