Job Description
The Convergence Foundation (TCF) is seeking a Program Manager to support strategic workstreams within the Foundational Learning Collaborative (FLC). The role involves project management, research, content creation, and stakeholder engagement to advance India's FLN agenda.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier institution
- 2- 4 years of experience in consulting, policy, development, or strategy roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with structured thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication; experience preparing reports and decks for CXO-level audiences
- Comfort with working in fast-paced, unstructured environments and managing multiple stakeholders
