DART Center is a faith-based community organizing network with 28 affiliates spanning 10 states. They train grassroots leaders to address systemic issues affecting low-income communities and people of color, achieving significant victories in affordable housing, school discipline, public transit, and criminal justice reforms. DART emphasizes lasting change through organized people power and supports local autonomy while providing a proven model for community organizing.

Lead Community Organizer will direct the organization, including hiring and supervising all current and future staff at BUILD, with at least 3 years of professional experience in community organizing and leadership roles required

3+ years of community organizing experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and enthusiasm for working with diverse faith communities

At least three years of professional experience in community organizing, advocacy, congregational or non-profit leadership, ability to travel, possession of a valid driver’s license
