Full-Time Resident Manager - Webster II Residence

The Doe Fund is seeking a Full-Time Resident Manager for its newest permanent supportive housing program. The Resident Manager is responsible for supervising residents and overseeing the operation of the residence during designated shifts.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
• Fire Safety certification is preferred (F-02 or F-80)
• At least two years of experience working in a social service, residential setting
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Computer skills – internet and Microsoft Office
