2+ years of experience in a social service, residential setting, and a working knowledge of HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness
Substance Abuse Counselor - Crotona Residence
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or relevant field and at least 1 year of experience working with people who are homeless, living with HIV/AIDS, have substance abuse histories or suffer from mental illness
Administrative Assistant - White Plains Road Residence
High school diploma, solid computer skills, and excellent communication skills are required

Prior HR, Payroll or benefits experience, attention to detail, organizational skills, confidentiality, communication skills, and experience with MS Office Suite and HRIS systems

5 years of workforce development leadership experience, 4 years of staff management experience, and a strong understanding of sector-based employment strategies
