Job Description
Join The Doe Fund on our mission to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and recidivism. As a Residence Manager, you will supervise residents and ensure the safety of the facility during designated shifts.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
- Fire Safety certification (F-02 or F-80) preferred
- At least two years of experience working in social service, residential setting
- Working knowledge of HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer skills – internet and Microsoft Office
