Job Description
The Doe Fund is seeking a Part-Time Residence Manager for the Crotona Park residence, a permanent supportive housing program for men and women experiencing homelessness. The successful candidate will supervise residents, ensure facility safety, and work collaboratively with the Clinical team and Program Director.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED, some college preferred
- Fire Safety certification (required) (F-02 or F-80)
- At least two years of experience working in social service, residential setting
- Working knowledge of HIV/AIDS, substance abuse, mental illness, and homelessness
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills – internet and Microsoft Office
