Part-Time Residence Manager - Rogers Residence

Join The Doe Fund on our mission to break the cycles of homelessness, addiction, and recidivism. We are seeking a Part-Time Residence Manager for The Doe Fund's newest permanent supportive housing program for homeless men and women living with HIV/AIDS.

Requirements

• Function as a liaison between the residents and the staff
• Collaborate with the security staff during his/her tour of duty to ensure the safety and well-being of the residents
• Perform hourly patrols through the facility
• Manage any challenging situations and/or crises that may occur at the facility
• Responsible for handling any incidents that may occur at the facility and completing an Incident Report form, as needed
• Communicate noteworthy events to the Program Director and the Clinical team as well as document them in the appropriate logbook
• Attend all mandatory staff meetings
• Ensure all aspects of the Fire Alarm System (FAS) are working properly and are up to code with FDNY
• Visually inspect and document all components of the FAS
• Other duties as assigned
