Job Description
The Exploration Company is seeking an experienced AIT Electrical Manager to lead their Electrical AIT team. This leadership role involves overseeing electrical aspects of spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing, managing a team of electrical engineers and technicians, and developing a roadmap for future GSE development. The position reports to the Chief AIT and requires expertise in systems-level integration, power systems, and electrical architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Over 10 years of experience in spacecraft or aerospace electrical engineering.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, managing technical teams.
- Deep understanding of spacecraft electrical subsystems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
