Job Description
Provides comprehensive case management and crisis intervention to adult and child victims of violence experiencing homelessness as a result of domestic violence. Bilingual, English/Spanish, required.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field with at least two years of experience working in a crisis intervention and/or domestic violence agency
- Valid Texas Drivers License
- Knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of domestic violence affecting individuals and families
- Knowledge of trauma informed care and/or trauma theory
- Knowledge of de-escalation techniques when working with clients
