Job Description
The Field Club of Greenwich, Incorporated is seeking an energetic and responsible Sub-Pool Director / Head Swim Coach to support the daily operations of our Main Pool and Kiddie Pool for the 2026 summer season.
Requirements
- Previous experience in aquatics management or swim coaching
- Current lifeguard, CPR/AED, and First Aid certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
