The Analytics Lead will advance the vision of The First Church of Christ, Scientist by using data and technology to unlock the organization's ability to understand its customers and their interaction with the products and services of the Church. This is an engaging and hands-on role for an individual who is highly capable of operating and excelling at the strategic and tactical positions as the position requires the ability to combine data from multiple sources to produce compelling reports and analysis to answer key questions from clients and leadership.
Requirements
- Drive analytics insights
- Develop and communicate a mission-aligned analytics infrastructure
- Establish and maintain data integrations/connection for analytics purposes
- Self-organize and manage work
- Develop strategy and implement self-service analytics interfaces for clients
- Train and mentor internal Adobe Analytics users
- Partner with other Lead's within P&DSG for the development of promotional strategies
- Evaluate digital consumer behavioral analysis and uncover trends and insights
- Implements and evaluates dashboards and intelligence tools aligned to project goals & key performance indicators
- Build and foster strong consultative working relationships with clients
- Uses knowledge and analytics findings to inform A|B testing program
- Analyze and synthesize customer data into digestible feedback
- Share progress with clients and stakeholders on a regular basis
