Director – TECHNOLOGY TRANSFORMATION

The Technology Transformation practice within The Hackett Group is seeking a Director to oversee projects, develop business, and manage key relationships with technology leaders. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business strategy and technology implementation, requiring consulting, project management, and business development skills. The Director will contribute to both industry and service area expertise, as well as firm building activities.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing client relations, engagements, and business development for major consulting firms.
• Prior senior position within top tier consulting firm with consulting sales and delivery experience.
• Proven track record of building successful relationships with senior executives and delivering successful consulting engagements.
• Ability to generate add-on sales with existing clients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• MBA degree preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to develop staff.
