Job Description
The Senior Director, Oracle Cloud HCM is responsible for driving strategic growth and solution design within Oracle HCM projects. This role involves deep expertise in Oracle HCM modules, client engagement from pre-sales to post-implementation, and mentorship of junior consultants. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and leveraging data for continuous improvement.
