Job Description
The MEP Estimator is responsible for managing assigned construction estimating projects, with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing trades, to ensure a complete scope of work is documented and analyzed in a timely manner for cost and feasibility analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 + years of work experience in large-scale vertical commercial construction estimating
- BA/BS/AS or other accredited degree may substitute for up to 4 years of experience
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Preferred experience with preconstruction estimating
