Job Description
Service Technicians will service all ICEE and restaurant equipment, perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose service problems, and complete repairs as needed. They will work with minimal supervision and are required to attend weekly meetings.
Requirements
- Receives dispatched service calls as assigned and ensures a prompt response based on estimated time of arrival (ETA)
- Performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots or diagnoses service problems, and completes repairs as needed
- Maintains inventory and maintenance on equipment such as: parts, tools, and the company vehicle
