Job Description
The Kenjya-Trusant Group, LLC is seeking a Realty Specialist to support our customer located at Washington, DC with the US Department of State. The position involves preparing recommendations and policy proposals regarding land acquisition, managing real estate projects, and serving as a liaison with government agencies and the private sector.
Requirements
- Prepares recommendations and policy proposals regarding all aspects of land acquisition
- Works directly with the Division Chief and Office Director in short and long-range planning
- Assists in the planning, direction, coordination, implementation, and administration of DoS projects
- Serves as a principal contact and liaison with GSA, the military, state and local agencies and the private sector
- Researches, analyzes and evaluates interrelated work activities, programs, and management practices
