Job Description
The Kennedy Collective is seeking full-time, part-time, and per diem Direct Support Professionals to provide support to individuals with disabilities in Connecticut. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, fostering independence, and ensuring safety and well-being while building trusting relationships. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry)
- Compassion, patience, flexibility, and sound judgment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
