Job description
Join the Kraft Heinz Global Manufacturing Trainee Program to enhance your skills and knowledge in the manufacturing sector and become a leader of tomorrow. The program is a 12-month opportunity to build leadership skills, grow your business mindset, and excel in the plant environment with our leaders.
During the program, you'll get intensive training and international exposure from different business functions, immersive training on the Kraft Heinz Management System (KHMS), and support in gaining a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt certification.
We're looking for candidates with a minimum bachelor's degree, a minimum GPA of 3.30, and a strong leadership capability. Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical Engineering backgrounds are advantageous.
